1. Product Information Accuracy

All stadium, club, and league information contained within the Sport Passport is accurate at the time of printing. Stadium names, club names, branding, league affiliations, and related details may change due to sponsorship updates, redevelopment, rebranding, relocation, ownership changes, or league movement. Sport Passport makes no guarantee that such information will remain current after publication and accepts no liability for any discrepancies arising from subsequent changes.

2. Use of the Product

The Sport Passport is intended solely for personal, recreational, and collectible use. It must not be used for commercial purposes, resale of individual components, or any activity that may imply official accreditation, endorsement, or affiliation with any club, league, stadium, or governing body.

3. Match Attendance Verification

Any marks, stamps, signatures, or annotations added by the holder are for personal documentation only. They do not constitute official proof of attendance, membership, accreditation, or association with any club, league, or organisation.

4. Non‑Affiliation

Sport Passport is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sports clubs, leagues, stadiums, or governing organisations unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, layouts, designs, and written content within the Sport Passport are the intellectual property of Sport Passport. No part of the product may be reproduced, copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Returns & Refunds

If a Sport Passport arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the item is returned and inspected. Used or altered items—including those with writing, stickers, or marks—are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the product was faulty upon arrival. 7. Sticker Availability & Supply

Sticker designs, availability, and distribution may vary. Sport Passport does not guarantee the ongoing availability of specific stickers or replacement stickers. Stadium or club changes may affect sticker relevance or accuracy. See Sticker Availability Terms for further detail.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sport Passport is not responsible for any travel, matchday, or stadium‑related issues, including but not limited to: access restrictions, cancellations, safety incidents, travel delays, or changes to stadium operations. Use of the product does not grant entry rights or privileges to any venue. To expand this section, see Limitation of Liability Clause.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Sport Passport is not liable for delays, customs issues, or lost parcels once dispatched. See Shipping Terms for more detail.

10. User‑Generated Content

Any content created by the holder within the Sport Passport (notes, stamps, images, etc.) remains the responsibility of the user. Sport Passport is not liable for how such content is used, shared, or interpreted. See User‑Generated Content Clause.

11. Prohibited Use

The Sport Passport must not be used to impersonate official accreditation, create counterfeit materials, or misrepresent affiliation with any club or organisation. See Prohibited Use Terms.

12. Privacy

Any personal information provided during purchase or communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. See Privacy Notice Reference.

13. Right to Amend Terms

Sport Passport reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. See Governing Law Clause.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, possessing, or using the Sport Passport, the holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
